This is matter related to my home loan. Indiabulls had been one of approved financial institutions listed by Amrapali group for home loan.So I opted the same. Initially seeing me government sector ,Mr. Kaushik and his team told me that I shall be given disbursed the loan within time frame given in demand letter. They processed my loan but so far no documentary prrof is provided by them except digesting my processing fees of Rs. 5550/- .In spite of my stupendous follow up they could not disbursed my loan even after fulfilling all documentary requirement. THey assured me provide the loan withing next two days but no letter and my loan is sanctioned but no letter....

After several follow ups they finally said that their seniors are not allowing to disburse the loan because you have not paid 15% of the total amount. I requested to disburse rest of the amount deducting 5% which shall be paid with your disbursement. They kept silent and turned up only after my demand date was over to say my seniors are advising him not to waste their time on my loan but you may request for remittance of processinf fees though a email request .

The bevaviour of their executives are pretty non professional and obnoxious. I contacted several times they finally said that they would not remit the processing fees as per their policy.

Please share the same with every one never trust indiabulls home loan system because they are not fair in processing the loans.

Please advice me if it is possible to me get my loss recovred through some means as they are ready to listen anything in this regard.
