Indiabulls Home Loan
I have applied for a home loan in Indiabulls Home Loan. It has approved my home loan and encashed my cheque worth Rs.5510.00 which was meant for processing fee. Upon unnecessary delay on disbursal of loan, I visited its Lajpat Nagar - II offifce and then I came to know that the project for which I applied homeloan is not approved. This is utter nonsense. Indiabulls has not given me back the above amount of Rs. 5510/- and it has cleverly grabbed my hard-earned money. Indiabulls is into such practice for a long time. Please do not believe in such a big corporate name. They are nothing but a traitor. Can anybody help me !

I support this complaint. Iam also victim of India bulls financial services ltd. The company's main business is giving a loan sanction letter and collecting the processing fees after that they will not respond. So many customers like us are deceived by Indiabulls.
I support this complaint. I too have the bitter experience with Indiabulls. They are cheater. I had complaint several times for Pre EMI query and they always said about it will take 3-4 Working days and that 3-4 working days never came. Only one thing customer can do is to launch a complain against them with RBI and RBI will take appropriate steps regarding the same.
