IFB Industries - IFB DEFECTIVE WASHING MACHINE -UNDER WARRANTY STILL NO HELP

I bought an IFB washing machine about 5 months ago. It is a front load washing machine. The main reason to buy this machine was my wife's health problems.
In these 5 months the machine had turned defective three times, including this time. This time there was smoke coming out of the machine. When I complained I was told that I will be helped on immediate basis. But after complaining for three straight days I was not provided any help from the company.
They told me to follow up with their service center myself. Although not my part of the job, I tried to contract them. But once they got my number they stopped picking my calls. The company has been making a fool out of me.
Since my wife can't wash clothes manually I have to wash them myself.
I would like to know what did I do to deserve this.

With reference to my complaint number 1106212497, I would like to mention that I am really very disappointed by the services given by you. First of all, I filed this complaint on 17h August 2017 and after calling time and again to the customer care ,technician come and check the m/c contrition and tolled ( check the spear and get back to you ) but 21/08/17 i call to Customer care he tolled complaint number 1106212497 is already closed on 17/08/2017.Customer care provide the service area coordinator (Imayavaraben)
He is using vulgar words. I call service area manager Praveen he is also not resolved my issue.

I would like to know how is it possible? who is answerable to this?

Kindly resolve my issue and answer the above question. After calling several times to the customer care my issue was not resolved and I would like to know, should I approach the Consumer forum to get my queries resolved?This is really pathetic on your part and I will never suggest anyone to purchase any IFB product in future if the problem does not get resolved.
