Hi, I have purchased a Microwave Oven on 12-Aug online using company website www.ifbappliances.com, i got a confirmation that it will be delivered by 25-Aug. Till now i dint receive either product or call from company regarding the delay. So from company website i took Customer Care number and tried 8 times to know about my order delivery status, customer support team dont have any information even thought i provide my order number. Still they collect all the product and address information and they tell that they will call back but they didn't. I sent a mail to web_sales@ifbglobal.com address but no reply.
I am very much frustrated about the way they are handling customers. Allways they will tell call bangalore division call Mysore division like this. If i call them bangalore division they are telling we are not dealing this who gave you this number and all such irritating responses.
I want to know why there customer support is so Bad not having any IT system to track order status or other information. I just want to escalate this to higher authority but i dont have any contacts. Could you please help in this.
