The Company’s Customer Care Executive(Mr.Adithya pandey/Abay Prathap) Called me up on 1st Week of May regarding a Purchase of Combo Products for Rs.5.999 from 2Dayshoppings.com i requested to mail the details but till date i had not received any single mail from the company. The Combo included AQUAGUARD SNIPPER, 26-PIECES DINNER SET, Reebok Wrist Watch, Ray-Ban Sunglasses [for which he accepted to replace them (Reebok Wrist Watch, Ray-Ban Sunglasses) with Apple I-Pod) On the purchase of which, they informed me with an assured gift of Jewellery Set/Samsung Galaxy Grand 2/Sony LCD TV/Dell Laptop. I regretted to make any purchases but they forced me to buy the products on 7th May 2014. After which they said i was the 1st Customer of the Day so my name was chosen for GOLDEN BOOK CONTEST under which minimum of 50,000 to Maximum Rs.15Lakhs/Two-Wheeler/Car could be won for sure for which i was rerquested for Cash reward & so initially asked to pay Rs.8867 (10% TDS of Rs.60,000 & Rs.2867 towards Warrenty Bill, Accessories, Bluetooth Headset) for Swapping the Assured Gift prize which was Jewellery Set & i wanted to change the gift to Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 i was asked to pay this amount in 2 Parts on 12th May Rs.4434 & on 13th May Rs.4433 through EBS payment service which i paid.
Then they said i was allotted 6th Rank out of 15 Customers & the Cash benefit receivable to me was Rs.3,80,480 (File code as CTNT_12310XDIN) for which i needed to pay Rs.23,700 (As Advocate Charges for Documentation-Rs.3420+Releaving Letter+2580+Two DD’s amounting to Rs.17,700=Rs.23,700) which i regretted to pay. Also during this time i was informed to repay the amount Rs.4434( i paid on 12th May) which they said that they did not receive in their side A/C, for which i strongly condemned my confirming from EBS thro mail that the amount was already credited into the Merchant A/C.. Then on 16th May they informed me by saying that i need to Pay Rs.9780 on 19th May because they need to make some verification process with their bank (As Advocate Charges for Documentation-Rs.2420+Releaving Letter Rs.1200+DD’s amounting to Rs.6,160=Rs.9,780 also i paid) for the replacement the Rank of 13th with Cash reward of Rs.90,000 (File code as CTNT_12333XDIN)..
They Collected from me My Resident Address, Date Of Birth, Pan Card No, 2-Bank A/C no’s of mine & a Nominee, Also asked to send the mail of Scanned copy of PAN card & Driving Licence/Voter ID which i sent but the mail delivery was failed. I had been in Conversation with Number of Persons each & every time Named to be as: Mr.Abey Prathap, Adithya Pandey, Rohan Mehta, Asutosh, Himanshu (Who earlier Described himself as Payment processing Head), Hemanth Katariya(Advocate), Amit, Abhishek Etc.. & On 28th i Was Asked to Pay Compulsorily Rs.13,500 towards Bank Charges for creating an UID, MMID to release the payment on the same Day, which again they said was received in their A/C but was unable to Co-ordinate for release of my Contest Benefit money increased to Rs.2,37,500 on replacement with other customer who left from the Contest. Now on 29th They forced me to Pay once again Rs.13,500-UID-109260858 & the Amt which i paid on 28th Will be refunded into my A/C on the same day thro RTGS once i receive the benefit of Rs.2,37,500, once i paid this amount i got back an embarrassing call saying i need to pay Rs.15,900 UID-109061328 immediately as the system is not accepting due to some error & if i did not make this payment i would be discontinued from the contest & so i begged them saying i was in hospital for doctor’s appointment & it was already 5:30pm & there’s no money in any of my A/C but i however managed to get the credit from my friend & paid the amt for which they assured me my Bank A/C will be credited with Cash benefit of Rs.2,66,900 (Approx Rs.2,70,000 adding the above amounts as 2,37,500+13,500+15,900). But i never received the amount till today (30/5/14).
Now after calling & messaging repatedly to the company’s numbers i spoke with Asutosh who said me ill get a Verification call from the ISO (International Standard Organisation member from Bangalore) & i received the call from a person named Prithvi Singh with Employment Code: ISO4213, he asked all the required details regarding the payments & all the other code’s he said i will need to pay Rs.47,996/2 =Rs.23,998 (as half the amount will be bared by the company towards adding of my bank A/C’s with that of the company’s so that the cash benefit will be fully credited into my respective accounts without any inconvenience/hurdles that too i got it on credit from my friend & paid it. Now after all these final process of clearance’s i received another embarrassingcall saying that the DD amount i already paid was for Rs.9780 (for prize amount of Rs.90,000 only) & now as the prize money now has increased to Rs.2,70,000 i need to pay Rs.19,200 & once i make this payment my Cash Prize will be released &credited immediately into my A/C which was not the fault of mine. For which i said iam in the hospital for treatment & i have got the credit from all the sources of mine now i don’t have a single penny to spend & you people are asking me to pay more then the person named Rohan spoke with me Negotiating & asking me to pay Rs.10,600 towards DD charges as final consideration & the prize benefit will be immediately released into my A/C, for which i said the Refund which the company has to give me for Rs.13,500 is not yet received into my A/C & so i request to deduct this Rs.10,600 from that amount & process my payment into my A/C which they regretted, & i also said i do not have any amount left in my hands so iam helpless, i don’t have anymore money, for which they said they are closing my File & there’s no other go other than paying this amount & Finally Asutosh Spoke saying from tomorrow do not blame any of us / the company for not receiving the prize money & it will take 6months for me to get into the contest again, the other money will be refunded after deductions(5-7% charges) to my A/C only after 45-60 Days..
Iam totally Depressed with all these proceedings past 4 weeks with regular calls from the company employes everyday & iam under Mental & Financially Pressure, to repay back the money to my Creditors i had borrowed from. So i request you to take immediate actions to recover my full money without any deductions/charges within few days & make the company to pay me the Cash Prize reward of Rs.2,70,000 which was promised to me else iam gona to take this case to the Crime Branch CID/ file with Cheating, Forgery, Money Laundering, defamatory remarks. If required i Will take up this matter to the PMO if proper immediate steps are not taken & my promised money(Rs.2,70,000 ) is not provided to me.. Also i request to take up this matter with Utmost importance, Block this company from further such proceedings with other people & create awareness to the general public against such cases..
