On dated 22 May 2014 I have got a call form 2dayshoppings.com for the online purchase of combo pack with assure gift I have booked this order as per the pre-payment option of Rs 5999. On the same day I have cancelled that order due to my family circumstances and the executive of 2dayshoppings.com has confirm me over the phone that order has been cancelled and the payment will refund within 45 working days but till date(almost 56 days) i haven't receive any refund for the same and now when we call the executives of 2dayshoppings.com they didn't pick my call and if they pick the call they didn't give proper respond. Sir this is clear fraud which is done by that this company wit me hence i request you to please help me to get my money back.
