1) I received on essy stich protable from your corrier man without any using guidlines and not good product.
2) I called your customer care but they told me to send back to you
3) on 25.08.2010 I send back with speed post vide RMS Post Hubli 580020
4) after that I called your custormer care one madam Uma she assured me send back with all assereries and best product within week
5) I called sevral time but they saying only no stok at you, after one week re call
6) this is not fair I paid for the product but I not receved the product in time and any time only on answer one week back.

7) please look into this matter and send me good product.
