1) TV24 Shopee product became faulty within a 10 minutes of delivery dated 08/05/09, the product is Easy stitch A portable stitching machine
2) I immediately talked to call center executive he assured for replacement as the product have one year warranty but denied to give a complaint No and not even registered a complain.
3) After a many phone call they bared my mobile no. I started communicate with other mobile no
4) Ultimately the product was replaced after 25 days on dated 03/06/09 but the product was again faulty.
5) Again register a complaint at TV24 Shopee call center dated 10/06/09 complaint NoA089, They assured to replace the faulty product.
6) I repeatedly called to call center but every time they tried to misguide me such as ( product is dispatched, will dispatched soon, out of stock, some refuse to talk.)
7) They again bared my second mobile no this is what a cheap thing they can do now I am not able to contact with them, this is the way they treat the customer
Please tell me more possible action I can take against TV24 Shopee
