Respected sir,
We purchased a CG diva grinder on 01/03/2015 at D mart Ahmedabad bill no.09-0237 we have shifted to shadnagar (Mahboobnagar) talengana and now we are facing its motor problem with burning smell and abnormal noise so we lodge a complaint on 27/04/2015 and were committed to get service with in 2 days still now we have not received any call from your side i have been calling the customer care and even the local service provider (Dynamic electronics) and got really a poor response.
I have been using all my appliances of CG and expect good services also then what is the necessity of purchasing branded appliances.

Thanq for ur support it is really a helpful site for us as in some places the company does not provide services but do fake promises to customer.
