dear sir,
i have honour to inform you that i am using your service last few years.
your service is very good but before some time means 09jan. we face very large problem about your service . i have recharged my airtel digital on 01 aug 2010 with RS.1800 for one year. i haveuse your service till 09 jan 2011 very effectively but after this one message display on my tv screen that your account is -1770.82 . i have complain this to the dealer and customer care many times but no solution arise till now . my customer id is 30003442916 . so i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible .
