Dear sir, I am an accounts professional residing in mysore. on 30.07.2009, I have purchased your product K550 at M/s S&S co., Mysore for which they have assured a battery back up of min 6 hours for a recharge(atleast 1 week). but, unfortunately, I am unable to get 2 days(less than 2 hr) back up using after 1st full recharge. Then I have complained about this to your dealer i.e., S&S, they replaced the battery with new battery but the result was the same as first battery. Again I went to S&S co., and after several arguments I have returned the same to S&S and requested for refund or handset of other brand. But they refused to refund the amount but agreed to give Latest K560 handset if I pay the difference amount explaining the features of the K560 mobile. I happily accept it as it is looking very smart by paying difference amount yestarday evening. Today morning I have charged the battery of K560 in full confirming the message \"charge completed\" & using in today. It was 4 points while fully charged but after 10-12 calls (about 45 mins including all calls ) without using any entertainment media the charging point comes down to 1 point & it may be dried within another 1 hour (max). I request you to please do the needful to compensate me.
