I had booked gas on line. The delivery man came to supply the gas at some odd time when the house was locked, a sticker of 'house locked' was struck. The agency was called up to supply the gas, which they promised to send,but supply did not come. Finally I was informed that the booking was cancelled.
This has happened many times in past. This is a normal practice with this gas agency. They probably supply the gas to unregistered persons on premium.
This is a very wrong practice which is rampant.
Once a booking on line is made , gas must be supplied, it could only be cancelled on refusal from the customer. Rebooking denies of your quota of gas by fradulent means of the booking agency. Dr K S Chadha ABT no 5317 Ashu gas service
