I am staying in a rented premises in Sahyadri Park, Pune. The gas connection with indane is in the name of the owner. Earlier the connection was with Shahid Pradip Indane, Mundhawa. I wanted to shift the connection from Shahid Pradip Indane to Radha Krishna Indane in Wanowire. All the formalities were completed by me with Shahid Pradip Indane and papers were submitted with Radha Krishna Indane but still it took them ten days to transfer the connection. The staff is very rude with customers and is not helpful. They even do not answer calls and when i visited the store they do not reply properly.

My complaint is against the staff of Radha Krishna Indane, Wanowire. Please take some strict action against them so that this is not repeated in future.
