Professional - I am not satisfied with the service of BSNL

I am not receiving messages in my cell phone. I have informed about that to the BSNL customer care also but no response has been received till date. I don't have so much time to visit the office again & again. Kindly tkae necessary steps as early as possible as I am suffering a lot.
