I had booked a TV, Model no. 55LA6910 from one of LG Brand Store, Bhardwaj Gallery, Sector-12, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad on 23.10.2013 and an advance payment of Rs.30,000/- was also given. It was promised that product will be delivered on the next date i.e.24.10.2013. But on 24th, I was informed that the truck coming from your Pune plant to Greater Noida warehouse has met an accident and now it will not be possible to supply the TV before Diwali Festival. When I insisted then it was replied that if you can wait till 08.10.2013 then its alright or otherwise take your advance payment back.
It was quite surprising for a multinational company like LG to fail to supply the product during the period of Diwali when there is maximum demand.
Despite my contacting LG electronics at number of occasions through email since 30.10.13 and calling its Customer care no., I have not received reply of my querry that “whether the reason given by the dealer for non-delivery of TV that THE TRUCK COMING FROM PUNE TO GREATER NOIDA WAREHOUSE HAS MET WITH AN ACCIDENT and the MODEL IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH COMPANY†is TRUE or FALSE. LG being a leading multinational company, I don’t understand that even after 17-18 days of my advance payment,TV of one of the 2013 latest models could not be arranged.
The dealer and also representative of LG are simply telling to take the advance money back. It is not the solution of this entire episode, it will only victimize me as now even if I decide to go for TV of another brand, I will not be able to take advantage of the Diwali/Festive offers that were given by all the companies like Samsung, Sony etc.
On 15.11.2013, I came to know from LG helpline no. as well as from one of the LG brand store that the model I booked i.e. 55LA6910 is available in the master warehouse at Dadri from where it is supplied to Delhi NCR.
This information clarifies that the dealer, Mr. Manish Bhardwaj as well as LG Area Manager for Vaishali -Vasundhara (Ghaziabad) area, Mr. Gaurav were misguiding me that this model is not available with the company and is unlikely to be available in near future and persuading me either to take another model lying as demo piece with the dealer, 60LA6200 or take the money back. In fact as I understand the reason for non-delivery is the price at what they booked the TV for me, i.e. Rs.1,20,000/- but this price was given by them and now for any reason they are backing. I can send the copy of advance receipt also.
Please advice me what should I do?

I am continuously writing to LG through email at serviceindia@lge.com but after getting "standard reply" for 1 or 2 times I have not received any reply or call as assured in the reply.
Since last about one month, I am being mentally harassed & misinformed/non-informed by LG and I am totally in darkness whether my issue will be resolved or not.
