Actually I have given Complaint No.---01000000140023 on 24th june 2011

when I take Policy of Home protection at that time Policy before 15 days I dosent received.
How can I Cancel the same policy within 15 days.

Your employee wants 40% profit ; How he can show me reality of Policy.

After one year when 2nd year primium notice came with product name
then I get clearance of actual HDFC Plan. Upto what level it is right method

And you are saying in letter no - MS135002********4 6 july 2011 ,
silton rodricks-- customer servicethat after investigation policy properly given to you

I am your old customer ; If this is treatment of cheating then what about your new customer.

Then I have to go with "Grahak Manch".

Sir, In 2010 1st April I have taken HDFC Home loan
amt. 9 Lacs, from Camp Branch-Pune city,from date1st april 2010.
Now same time I have filled up the Home loan protection plan by pune camp
branch.
At that time it was saled by HDFC Lobby sales Executive--"Madhura
Bhattacharya"
She has card on that Mob. no ********13 / ********72
I paid year primium 23000/ Rs. for 2010 -2011 Year.( As per my
knowledgeHome loan protection plan)

But it was soled out as Endonment supreem HDFCSL policy 13718958 HDFC
Endowment Supreme. This is totally cheat to your HDFC old customer. as this
plan have 40% bounus to sale person, as to gain this profit from 1st
primium, she cheat the HDFC Customer. After one year when 2nd year primium
notice came with product name then
I get clearance of actual HDFC Plan. Upto what level it is right method .

Now steel i have faith on HDFC, so pl. convert the plan to HDFC Home loan
Protection Plan.
Other wise refund the Paid amount with regular bank intrest.

I attached copy of courier with this mail. It is Complaint letter courior
copy.
