HDFC Insurance - I am not satisfied by the hdfc bank by misselling of insurance policy

Dear Sir,

This is with regard to the captioned policy the above policy is Hdfc Youngstar Suvidha & Dream Plan done from hdfc bank in Jhansi . I am the preferred customer of Hdfc Bank and having almost 10 to 12 accounts in your bank.

I am cheated by the bank by giving incorrect information regarding the insurance policy, and due to bank relations they asked for the insurance policy then none of the charges will be charged in your account and all the charges which are levied in my account will be reversed back into the account ,after the making of policy , or else the charges will be levied on regular basis , so i opted for the policy and i had done a policy of Rs 5lacs in Hdfc Standard Life Insurance . Out of which 3 policy has been done i.e 1 lac, 2 lac each. Then after 5 days they had asked me to cancel the policy of Rs. 2 lacs under free look and no charges will be charged if i cancel the policy within 15 days, but i was charged Rs 15,000 for cancellation.After this Mr Madhav Mohan & Vaibhav Tripathi asked me make a policy of Rs. 2 lacs in Birla Life Insurance that was done by an agent, in which they got the commision of Rs. 60,000 that came to my notice by the agent of the birla as he knew me very well and then i was really shocked how can the Branch Manager can cheat me.

Hdfc Slic Policy

1) Policy no.11489268 Amount Rs. 1,99,999.00 on 8 th February 2008
2) Policy no.11489248 Amount Rs. 99,999.00 on 2nd January 2008

Birla Life Insurance

1) Policy no.001632867 Amount Rs.2,00,000.00 on 28 nd march 2008 under Dream Plan fund coverage.

All the policy was in my name \" Mr Vikram Jain \" i was not informed by anyone that 60% of charges will be deducted in hdfc policy and i was misguided by your staff, and from last one and half year i am roaming here and there for my charges which are deducted in my account ,they had not been reversed till yet, i am having a credit limit from your bank of Rs 25 lacs my Account no. is 04532********8 in the name of \" Nikita Ispat \" in which almost Rs. 45,000.00 has been deducted in the name of charges , i am not in a position to continue the policy as i have to pay interest to the bank , i must have continue if they are the man of words , i dont think that they are otherwise my charges would have been reversed in my account , i am really disatisfied by all the Branch Manager either it may be Mr Akshay Dixit , Mr Madhav Mohan, Mr Nitin Jhingran & Mr Anurag Kimothi all of them were only giving the casual response that they have done the mail regarding the matter but it was not made till today i am stun by this kind of behaviour done by the bank with customer , for your kind information i am having a policy of Rs 80 lacs , the matter is of money and of words which has not been done by the bank and the concern Branch Manager, all them has been transferred from this city and i am not having any contacts if get the contact no and the address of the concern people i would have make complain against them and pull them into bars for misguiding the customer .

I am really very disturbed, i would have not complained against the hdfc bank if my charges would have given back but now i want that all the charges should be reversed & the policy which has been done should be cancelled and my money should be given back or else i would have to take an action against the bank, i will take all of the people to the court who are involve in this matter, they are fooling around the customer.

I am suffering from business loss , i had to waste 2 to 3 hrs on every alternate day infront of the branch manager but no response has been given by them , the time which i am spending in their office i am having a monitary loss also , now i want the compensation of Rs 20 lacs from the bank because the time cannot come back almost 2 years no one is there to listen , hence now i am complaining the matter infront of the consumer forum , I need your help .

I support this complaint.
i also cheated same like this. this HDFC bank Relationship Managers in the begning talking very sweet and they cut our throat nicely. they are getting huge amount of commission. this is one type of corruption in the bank. you can file your complaint to mdcomplaints@hdfcbank.com
but it will not help you because the are purposely supporting to their officers. we have to fight in cunsumer court and IRDA (insurance regulatory and development authority). and we have to do it together all people who cheated by HDFC bank and HDFC standard life insurance company.
