Hi,

I am Mohammed Imran working as S/W engg at bangalore.I had sent a consigment no D142911040 through DTDC on 02-aug-2013 from brookefield DTDC office having code BF-549..The consigment was a desktop with CPU.The configuration was i5 with 320 gb harddisk slim cpu of lenovo.I had also insured the consigment by paying 3500 with fast air cargo as they promised it will be delivered in 3 working days..The Screen had been delivered but CPU had been lost during transition and the DTDC consern person Peter is not replying my call not even Mr Mohan.I am menatlly disturb because of this and i also went to my home town to check the consigment which costs me around 10,000 going by flight as i have very short leave granted .

Please help me to get me money back from fraud DTDC company which is around 38,500(25000+10000+3500) and also i am mentally disturb as i got the desktop from my company after completing 2 year.

Please find below the mail which i had sent to Mr Mohan one week ago and i didn't got any response.its already going to be 20 days from date of consignment sent.
