This site is a courier service website which estimates the cost of shipment, and directs it to many courier agencies like aramax, DTDC, blue dart etc.

I have booked 2 parcels on of 25 Kgs on 15th April. Paid 6200 and selected DTDC air express which is well-known to me.

Complaint -1
Immediately after booking I got a message saying I got a upgrade to Aramax. During the time of booking Aramax was showing less price than DTDC. How can a upgrade happen from higher to lower price

None of their Conatcts work.
Both phones listed in the website were swicthed off 24/7. No responses what so ever in the mails.

My parcel got auto cancelled the next day. I just wasted my time for 2 days waiting for them to pick the parcels.

Everything in their websites seems to be non operational. User stories are fake.

No way I can contact them to get my refubd.

Many users complaints in many forums. I say them late :(. But still it looks like the site is operational. They are just taking money by providing no services.
