I hired an auto with number "AP12 V5272" on December 14th, 2013. I have traveled from Yashoda hospital in Somajiguda to Yashoda hospital in Patny center. The distance is nearly around 7 KM. But, this auto's meter was tampered, as a result of which, the meter showed 12.5 KM and I was forced to pay for the extra Kilometers.
Request you to help me on this, so that no one else would suffer the way that i did.

I am staying at Bridavan colony NIzampet road. Kukatpally
Today on the eve of Vaikungta Ekadashi,we been to temple (Opp to 7 hills Apartments Brindavan colony) while coming back home which is less than half a km, Auto people were asking me Rs. 70 I have checked with min 8 Autos no one is ready to come. My grand ma is 70 years old and she has to wait for almost 30 min. I have called Police control room and they advised me to notedown the Auto number and raise a complaint. but unfortunately in that Auto stand none of the autos have registration numbers.
I request you to take necessary action on auto wala's, so that no one else would suffer from these Autos

Auto rickshaw number AP 11 Y 5762 meter is malfunctioning. Daily basis i come from ramnagar to Banjara hills road no. 10 which of 9 to 10 kms and i will be charged 100 to 110 with new meter (80 to 90 with old meter) but today this auto rickshaw driver charged me 140 rupees and when i asked he said its correct. Please look into the issue and please so proper action as no other customer should be charged the way i am done today.
