UTAXI - Horrible experience with Utaxi

This is the second time I have had bad experience with Utaxi. They are extremely unprofessional and don't care about customers. They get non responsive if cab does not arrive and even harsh in talking if you scold. I will narrate the latest incident first:

We had booked a A/C Tempo Traveller with UTaxi for travel to Hampi during 02-04 Oct 2014, this booking was done more than 15 days in advance. Customer care executive gave me a booking reference and sent SMS on mobile confirming the booking. After 3 days, I changed this booking to 03-05 Oct 2014 and again got a confirmation message saying that booking was updated and confirmed. I called Utaxi customer care at-least 4-5 times during this 15 days period to ensure that a Tempo Traveller was booked, it was air conditioned and was in a good condition as I had already had bad experience regarding the same. Every time, I was ensured that yes it was like that. I called again on 02 Oct, they confirmed that booking was there and we will get a good condition A/C vehicle on time (6 am) next day. We had done hotel bookings in Hampi and had provided our credit card details for charges hence we were fully ready to go.
The fine day came, we all got ready (3 families) before 6 am and started to wait for cab to appear on time. Kids were very excited, ladies had cooked food for the way and happiness had no bound. It was after 8-9 months, we were going on a vacation.
CAB DID NOT APPEAR. We called customer care and got a response that it will come soon. We waited till 7, got impatient and asked customer care people again. The response we received was "We are not responsible for this. We only take bookings and it is driver's responsibility to appear and drive you. You can wait for some time (undefined) and we are arranging another cab". On asking how long it will take, they said that we don't know. It is peak season and you should have called earlier while the booking was already 15 days old. On demanding a cab right away, customer care person got harsh and then disconnected the phone. They stopped responding to calls after that.
We tried reaching using another phone and same response. I asked their manager's number and he said that he cannot share his number, we can talk to him at 11 AM when he comes to office. Are we supposed to wait for their manager for 5 hours to get a cab? We were getting really late, waiting for cab at home was frustrating and it was simply spoiling our holiday plan. There were no other cabs available as it was peak season, after lot of tries we finally went by our own cars.
We lost the fun of going together in same vehicle, lost the fun of only seeing out of windows and not driving, lost the fun of singing while travelling, lost the comfort of reaching destination without driving, got frustrated for nothing and were angry at this kind of customer service. We had Rs 40,000 at stake hence there was no chance of cancelling the tour as well.
I really want every Bangalorean to know the story and use his / her judgement before using UTaxi services. I also want to get them punished and pay fine for their bad customer service, after all we only expected a cab to arrive on booking and it costed us a lot of time and we had to go through mental and physical pain due to them.

First incident was no different, when we booked a A/C Tempo Traveller for Masinagudi. It arrived but was in bad condition, broken seat handles, torn seats, no air conditioner and harsh driver. Driver parked his vehicle on road while returning and demanded money to driver further. He asked for road tax even if it was already paid and he already had permit. He finally charged us extra and then dropped us.
