My mobile number is ********00. I activated the plan of Rs 60 for Mobile Internet. They said that I will get 500 MB free data usage. I activated the plan on 13th of September and get it Deactivated on 16th of September because the the bill amount in 3 days rise to 4500. When I called them on 16th about this they said you have got only 200MB data usage as per your billing cycle. They neither informed me about amount of data usage I will get nor they informed me when my credit limit is crossed. They said you can call on 27th of September when your bill cycle is generated to get your money refunded. When I called on 29th they said instead of Rs60 you have been charged Rs 5.81 and you have not been given any benefit for the plan.

Way of talking is very bad by the representative. Not happy and complaint is not resolved.
