Greetings of the day !

This is for your kind information that i am a regular customer of airtel since 2003,my mobile number is ********04.
Starting of this year i changed my service provider through mobile portability system from airtel to aircel.but after using aircel i face many problems of network in our area.then after 3-4 months i again port my number in airtel,and i submitted my all required documents (driving license,voter id card,photograph) to nearly airtel relation office,after 1 month my service activated that time,my airtel number started in june,2012 again
but in the month of september,i went to out of station for 10-12 days and my sim was off in these days,when i came and start my sim it shows unregistered sim.then i visited airtel office and asked about this problem they told that all the required documents are submitted from their side,you contact the customer care.i contact the customer care about my problem(ref: PR-103100150,DATED-31/10/2012),they suggested me to resubmit my document,i again concern to airtel outlet in my city,they denied to accept my document and told me that they have no record to give my detail. then i again submit my complaint in online care of airtel,in revert back i received a mail from airtel care,as customer care suggested once again i gone to airtel store to submit my document,but they completely ignore my problem.

Now,yesterday i again call to customer care,after listen my problem they haven’t any satisfied answer for my problem,they told me that my number is blocked the reason of verification .but sir/madam i want to tell you that i didn’t received any sms or call from airtel about verification.
Sir/madam, kindly sort out my problem,i am very upset because i am using this number from last 8-9 years.my all contacts through this number. I think you better understand my problem.I am sending you my ID proof attached with this compalint,you can check my all record.
