HDFC CREDIT CARD RECOVERY EXECUTIVE - Harassment from Credit card executives

My father and mother are holding HDFC credit Cards since 4 years.
My gfther and mother are in kashmir at the moment and due to prevaling situation in kashmir they are stuck there.
I got a call from som Gautam Sharma calling from 011 45315300 and he said he was calling from HDFC bank at Rajouri Garden New Delhi. I explained to him about the situation as my father and mother are not in town and he harrased me on phone and said I will send you guys who will take money out of you. I have no idea of my my father & mother's credit card deatils nor I have any information about the dues or outstanding. I am not in a postion to pay the outstanding dues on the card. I told him they will be back in town with 10 days and they will atke care of the dues. Amount due is Rs5000.
I dont think if somebody takes care of these complaints or is it just the waist of time.
I have seen may complaints and I dont think HDFC care about these complaints.
