bhaap.com - Fraud by M/s bhaap.com by neither delivering nor refunding

This is to bring to your notice in particular and the general public at large, that, an online shopping portal by the name bhaap.com has been troubling me and trying to cheat me for the last five months by not delivering the product I paid for and neither refunding me the money. This is after I have written to them many times. Initially, their customer support department was at least replying back, saying, that, they are tracking the product, the delivery will be delayed, they will not be able to deliver and they would refund back, but, since, July 2012, they have neither refunded the money nor replied back to my e-mails. I am frustrated by following up and if this doesn't work, I plan to file a legal complaint with damages to the Delhi police. I can provide the chain of e-mails send to the company since April 2012 till date. The details of my purchase are as follows :

1. Date of purchase ----------- 14th April 2012. Order no --------- # 100000759.

2. Product ---------------------- Car Vacuum Cleaner.

3. Brand/Type ----------------- Hurricane, handheld type.

4. Payment type --------------- Credit Card.

5. Amount ---------------------- Rs 890/-.

Hope, I would be able to get my refund asap. They have really given me enough mental torture, so as to sue them and claim damages from them. This complaint of mine should act as a deterrent for such companies who regularly cheat customers like me and for the customers to be wary of such unprofessional and fraud companies.

I have ordered a Asus Google Nexus Tab 32GB from Bhaap on 11th Feb 2013. No response and fraud address and no communication at all.

I have not received my order no. 100004022 yet.

Its been almost 2 months now. If I do not get my item or my FULL REFUND within 1 week time or any confirmation/status update regarding the same.

Even after many follow ups and trials to contact BHAAP Team, but to no avail. I am left with no choice except to do under mentioned:-

I will take the matter to Economic Wing (EoW), Crime Branch Delhi, Cyber Cell (India) and all major TV and media channels and will give complete info of BHAAP fraudulent and infair trade practices to save other users.

Looking forward for an earliest response.

Even I am facing same problem. I had ordered As Seen On TV Slim and Lift (Medium) on October 10, 2012 11:56:03 PM IST. Order #100003321.I have sent mails from their 'contact us' form several times.They haven't replied even once.They haven't provided any phone number so that I can call and ask about status of my order. In their site my order status shows "Data not found". I am very much frustrated and sad with this unprofessional behaviour and have lost faith in online shopping.I regret that I didn't read reviews of this fraud site before ordering.

BUT AS ON TODAY 5TH OCT 2012, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT NOR THEY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT AS THEY "PROMISED". I AM ALSO PLANNING TO COMPLAINT TO CID DEPARTMENT AS CYBER FRAUD TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST BHAAP.COM.
