Product is ordered on Jan 30(#100010928), when I call they are informing that the product is not yet shipped as the product is not ready from supplier side.
Why are the advertising without the product in hand?
Why are the taking order without any delivery plan?
Call center is worst, not working after working hours, even if you give your number, they are not calling back
Bad online shopping experience
Complainant's Goal: I need my product delivered on time, otherwise I want refund.
