Its been became a hopeless case where we didn't get the proper resolution of the existing issue, which pending from 3 months!

During this 3 moths lot people came and done all possible experiments with this unlucky laptop ( PC09AKSP , Lenovo x250). we have bought this product on November 2016. Hardly we used this 1 week , later user started complaining about over heat , hard disk congestion & slow performance . Where not using any heavy application and very basic things.

The first attempt of replacing the HDD by Lenovo engineer was success and that issue got resolved , later over heat issue started where the issue still persist.Even replacing 2 times of the heat-zinc and one time mother board (Not new one they given for replacement).

Top of all these headaches the engineer who came for motherboard replacement he lost one screw and made bubble on the laptop body while trying to screw a wrong screw. Also battery charging issue started post this mother board fix.(Its showing plugged in not charging)

Now we are totally blank to reach a conclusion on this.Have mentioned the ticket number which raised for these issues.
