PAN Card - Failure to register on line the PAN card website.

There exists an online pancard service. Yesterday when my daughter tried to register through online PAN card registration, The datas were not accepted by the web page despite so many trials. The exact method is not known. Even furnishing debit card details did not help. Clarifications are needed as to how to operate on line Pan card services in future. How to remit the fees is also needed.
