hello sir my self vikram singh iam from jaipur on 7th of september i placed an order of micromax phone x291 from timtara site , i was very happy because i was thinking to have new phone , but as the days gone my happiness are also gone because whenever i called there in there customer care service to know the status of my order they always show awaiting shipment when i asked questions they told me that we are sending your request to backend process , still i wait but nothing positive happen now today is 23 october still order status showawaiting shipment. my order id is 10321682 and phone number is ********45 please help me sir iam really very disappointed and frustrated from that site . i want to take a serious action against this website .
