LG Electronics India - Do not buy LG Air Conditioners

It is our kind request to you all to not to purchase LG Airconditioners. The reason behind are following:
1. Our 1.5 tonne Air Conditioner got defective with in a year from the date of purchase. One spare part got broken and AC became noisy.
2. Spare Parts are not readily available and even they are not made available since 15 days.
3. Service Engineer who visited was not at all polite and of rude behaviour.
4. Service Engineer himself gives wrong impression for LG company products.
5. We got no feedback on our complaints since 15 days.
6. Service Managers dont reply back to us even contacted.
6. Contact Numbers of LG Regional Sales Offices available on website have got changed and not updated.
Complainant's Goal: Do not purchase LG Air Conditioners...Poor Service and Spare Parts Unavailable.

on 12th of APRIL 2011 I PURCHASED TWO LG A C . ONE FOR 1.5 TON AND OTHERONE FOR 1 TON.
- NOBODY TURN AT OUR PLACE FOR GIVING DEMO.
- THE INSTALLATION WORK IS VERY POOR.
- THE HOLES PASSED THROUGH WALL ARE VERY ABSTACT AND KEPT AS IT IS...
- WATER COMMING OUT FROM IN DOOR UNIT OF SPLIT AC.
- BUSHING FOR OUT SIDE UNIT ARE NOT FIXED, HENCE WE ARE CONTINEOUSLY GETTING NOISE FROM OUT SIDE UNIT... WHICH IS TROUBLING TO EVERYBODY...
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WE CUSTOMER SHOULD FACE AND BEAR SUCH TYPE OF PROLEM, WHEN THE PRODUCT IS OUT IN MARKET FOR SELING,
IS ANYBODY FROM LG PUT LIGHT ON SUBJECT MATTER???
