I bought a Uniconnect Sim Card thinking that I have sorted my telecom issues while in Malaysia. But little did I know it was just a false hope, cz their services were beyond pathetic. I landed and tried using the sim, which didn’t register any signals for a few hours. Desperate calls to the sales guy, who further had the audacity to ask me to call the customer centre and not call him for such petty issues!! Well the customer care took a day to inform me that everything was ok according to them.. Unfortunately my hi-tech fone could not such pathetic service I guess. A company that doesn’t seem to be empathetic to its customers, is totally disappointing!! We pay for your services!!
