I have been another victim of country club sarjapur bangalore & they have blocked my money and now im left with no option to continue with their membership.

I m following from the day one ( from 25th March 2017 to till date ) for cancellation of membership and refund of my money as they failed to complete their promises which was to make ECS/EMI from the amount they took and i will pay monthly and rest amount will get credited to my amount which hasn't happened till date.

Now they saying to bring credit card to get back my money which i paid them via debit card as ECS is not happening from banks ( I enquired my citibank and they said they have never received any application for ECS from country club )

And many false promises like i can cancel it after year or so if not finding good. but their central customer and agreement denies everything stating membership cannot be cancelled or money is non refundable.

please help in here sir as once i reviewed and came to know they do same false promises to across india & as we do not have anything in written we are unable to get out money back
