I'm SURJEET, Customer of B.O.B. ,a/c no.3********01140(dr.mukharjee nagar). On 30march I attempt a transaction from canara bank atm(sant nagar,near agrwal sweet,burari,delhi-84).
There were two canara bank atm inside the chamber. I went inside the ATM chamber and tried with first canara bank atm sant nagar.When I started my transaction i'm single in the atm,when atm say i'm not in working than I Properly cancelled my transaction immediately and I go through the second ATM Machine and inserted B.O.B. card No.402********06979in the second canara bank atm transaction no-8946,of sant nagar delhi and withdrawn Rs-3,000/- and atm not give me receipt for me.I had not attempt any transaction after this .in 30march.
So I am requesting you to please take action on urgent basis and provide me CCTV footage if transaction was successful ,because it is not done by me as this was fraud transaction no-5473(canara bank,sant nagar atm) .
Hence you are requested to cross check these transaction properly and provide me proof, and take necessary actions for recovering my lost money of Rs. 3,000,/-.
