In this connection, orders have been issued by the Railway Board for Payment of revised Pension vide letter No. Pen/0********3 dt nil.10.2015. addressed to the Chief Manager (Pension Processing CE Service Branch, Bank of Baroda, Shakthi Towers, Anna Salai Chennai 600002. Despite orders, no payment is effected. Several times representations were made for payment of the revised pension and arrears payment of the Pension. When contacted in person, the Branch Manager intimated that the orders for payment of Pension arrears have to be issdued by the Bank of BarodaHead office. So far no positive response is received. It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
