Dear Sir,

Through Net Banking i have recharged my idea 3G Nep pack account of Rs.103/- on Dtd.02/01/2014, amt debited from my Bank account but my 3G net pack account have not recharged. I have also made contact to customer care for this, but they told that amt not received to idea so recharge not done successful. I have also made regular recharge topup of Rs.30/- on dtd.05/01/204 through my net Bank account, amt.debited to my sbi ac.no.30********3 but recharge not successful. So i request you sir please credit my amt to my Bank account.
