State Bank of India - I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH SBI BANK CREADIT CARD SERVICES

My name is Dinesh B. patel. I was customer of SBI credit card. I was closed creadit card becuse many problems facing by SBI like
1) Your customer care executive misbehaviour and wrong word used.
2) Your side also give lawer notice.
Even though i was forgives that problems and not complaints register but i was paid all due payment with interest before this card closed. Now i was problem found. I am apply to Axis bank personal loan. All required documents i have submitted.
Yesterday my file was rejected i was call to bank officer. he was told your SBI credit card bank was blacklisted so i am not give to this loan amount.
Complainant's Goal: HELP FOR OTHER PEOPLE FACING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM
