Dear Sir / madam ,
i have a prepaid AIRTEL SIM with me number 9591862452 since last 5 years 2 months . i recharge my SIM through my HDFC bank account - The sum that i recharge varies with time to time .
on 14 august i recharged for a sum of 349 rupees through my account . Till now i have not been able to use that amount . So i had to again recharge on 28 Aug . repeated complaints to AIRTEL have been stonewalled by all their officers under some pretext or other . I use an on line bank account to recharge i cannot see any scheme or package in my on line bank account . If the service provider on its own slots my recharge according to their wishes and fancy then deny me the usage of my moneys worth - the it is called cheating or as per IPC 420 . Kindly make AIRTEL see the customer side so he should not end up feeling being cheated .
