THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO A MOBILE CONNECTION WE CANCELLED AND PAID IN FULL ON 30TH MAY 2009.




SHILPA KAUL (my wife) recieved an email from Corporate.CollectionsKK@Airtel.in

Please note this account is under the scrutiny of our credit control team and Non settlement within 25th Of November 2009 will force us to initiate further course of action to recover the said dues.


Request your cooperation to clear the dues with immediate effect.

Hi Shaik,

This is to inform you that i have already closed this connection in the month of May. I have the relevant receipt of the last payment i made and the closure acceptance at your airtel office @ divyashree towers, bannerghatta main rd, bangalore.

I filled a closure form and submitted a letter as well stating that as i am travelling abroad, i want these mobile numbers disconnected.

Please send me your mobile number and i will provide you with the necessary information.

Clean the mess up in your own office\'s and think before you send such threatening emails.

I am in U.S.A since May 31st, 2009.

Hi Shaik,

This is further to the email i sent you on Nov 17, 2009.

The last payment for mobile number ********76 in question was made on May 30, 2009, for Rs. 238 and the reciept number = 341011389.

The cancellation or the disconnection request for this mobile number i.e ********76 was made on May 30, 2009 and the cancellation request SR number = 27516904.

The most amazing part of this case is that, I filled request to cancel ********76 and ********54, two connections under the name of
Shilpa Kaul on the same day i.e May 30, 2009 with the same SR number given above. The second mobile connection ********54 has been disconnected.

I have a acknowledgement reciept for cancellation, from Airtel higlighting both mobile numbers. As mentioned this was at your great AIRTEL office @ DIVYASHREE TOWERS on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, which is next to my former office of CONVERGYS.

Hope to hear from you at the earliest. I will escalate this matter to higher authorities and keep you in loop as well.

third class i have telling to check documents to airtel basaveshwarnagar as i got message not proper documents out going barred now i faced lot of problem i a putting a case on u why the hell u didnt submit documents as i have given twice documents bsnl is best since 23 years bsnl i am using best billing airtel billing worst i have seen
