To whom so ever it may concern

I am one of your stupid customers having your worst service bearing the mobile number ********22 for almost 4.5 Years.

Multiple attempts has made from my side regarding the network connectivity and signal problems to your customer care and I got only BS response and till now issue has not been resolved. My first compliant date is before July 4th and it is so annoying that compliant was not registered at all.

Again I made a call to your CS on July 4th and I have been told compliant not been registered, asked him to register the compliant and the service number 33014097

Few days after, I got a call from CS and confirmed me that the issue has been fixed and I will not face any problems. I know that has not been resolved still I said let me check. Issue still persists.

Again I called on July 18 to check the status about my compliant, I have been told tech dept is working on that and I asked for the time frame and they are ready to give and they are not sure.

Again I called on July 24 and asked them to connect me escalation department and spoke to Pallavi who gave me this email and ID phone number of nodal office.

I called you guys on the same day but I am able to hear only IVR as you guys closed which is very good!!

Today July 26 I spoke to Nodal office CS and I have been told I will get a response with in 48 hrs and I found that they don’t have any idea where I am facing the issue which I told CS on July 4th call about my area details along with the land mark… I am so “pleased” with that answer. Also I asked about next escalation policy if this is not getting resolved at your level and the response is “this is highest department of escalation” and I am surprised how this could be…

I am using Airtel network services in Chelpur village, near Bhupalaopally, Warangal District. My no. ********06.
Actually in Chelpur, their is a big Thermal power station was established, around 2000 emplais are working in this station.
hence i request the Airtel management please establish 3G network in Chelpur village or boost-up higher capacity to the existing Bupalapally Network.

I will be very much thankful to you sir if i got fulfill my network dreams.

Im krishna moorthi from hyd...who came for my job training to hyd from tamil nadu..and i have brought sim card from one of the delar from ameerpet in last 5th jan....thay said me that with in 3 days...it ill get activate...but when i went after 5 days to that shop becoz still nt activate my sim after i gave my own voter id which i lhave from INDIA volid with local hostel address proof...thay was rudly said...dlgo to airtel office..then i went to one of the airtel office which is near to ameepet and next to life style at 6pm evening that persan made me to wait 20min and said after finish his all work go to head office..then i found the head office..i went 10th evening...there was huge peaple again i was waiting one hour...i met some1...he promised me with in24 hour...it ill be activated...bt aftrr even30 hour..i nt even get network in my sim....im using last 5year airtel sim from bangalore...where im working...i nt even called for custmer care for anything...bt here i realy feel bad...im never expect thos from airtel...atlist letmeknow my sim get activate or nt...atlist i can throw it away the simcard...i hope u will help atlist to throw the sim after u see this mail...i nt even wanna say u thank you...bt anyway thankyou....

i am belongs to punjab circle.My name is dihraj kumar.last month i have purchase a new connection of Airtel [********78]verification of the sim is ok,but suddenly one day i see that my sim shows sim card registraion failed,but due to dealer interfarence then now sim is automattecaly again start,but incoming call facility is ok,but outgoing call facility is not started and balance and validity are not showend by sim.when my sim is stop working my account balance is 87 rs only.then i was called to distributor of airtel {jalandhar} but they did"t given good responce to me.so plz help me
plz start my airtel number {********78}

I got a message on 27 that ur name missmatch with the activation i submitted the proofs again in airtel office in narsapur westgodvari dist Andhra pradesh on 4/1/11 but till now my sim is not activated to outgoing calls so plz can u see the problem and rectify that sa early
