Scince one and half month back i have noticed that i am not getting all the channels as per my package after i found i have some signal problem
I had registered a complaint at airtel customer care (1800 102 8080) and digitaltv@airtel.in regarding signal problem. It has been almost 10 days, the problem is still persisting.
I have not received any call from service engineer and no one visited, instead every time received a message saying "your problem has been solved".
. Again i have called airtel customer care for details, they have closed the issue. The reason is customer not reachable and again they took the details from me to register a complaint again.

Its a horrible experience calling airtel call center.
I want to know why the customer has to suffer ? i had submited my full address for my home ,and why they are calling i dont understand
I feel very disgusted and plan to file a written complaint to Consumer forum about the customer harrasements
