Airtel Digital TV - Airtel Dth - channel removed carelessly

Hi

My Airtel Dth customer id is : 3008743515. I subscribe to monthly a-la-carte package. on 6/6/2012 I called customer care to remove/add few channels. The CC person told me that due to some technical probelm she is not able to process my request. I will get a call after 30 mins. I never got a call. To my surprise, i got message that Zee Classic has been stopped from the service. Zee Cinema was among the removal channels. Instead of that the executive removed Zee Classic! All though she told me that she was unable to process the request! I called again to the CC, got a reply that there is a mistake on there part, Zee Classic will be added back to me and the burn rate for the rest of the days (2 days) will be given back to me. But after 4 hours nothing such happend... as a result i had to add zee classic again through online portal, and i didn't get my money back !
On top of that, when i removed the channels(arround 6-7 channels worth of Rs 60+) through online portal, my daily burn rate went up!!! I added only 2 channels worth of Rs 35 !
The transaction details / monthly statement/burnrate calculation is not at all clear.
The channel list shows different rates in different pages. I selected enter10 which was showing Rs 5 in a-la-carte page. But in my package section it is calculated under 9X which is of Rs 25 (that is what i got reply from the CC executive when i call again today 07/06/2012). How come a channel of Rs 5 goes upto 25 ( even after adding tax also it is impossible.)
Service tax in a-la-carte page is 10% but in chota pack 12% !!!
why so many discripencies and carelessness? this is not expected from airtel
I need zee classic amount to be back and daily burn rate decreased in my account.

Calling several times to the CC is not helping me out at all , that's why i had to write here.
