Airtel Digital TV - AIRTEL DIGITAL TV_ Online recharged failed but amount debited from account

I recharged Rs 310/- online from Airtel.in for my Customer ID: 3010836485 using AXIS Bank NET Banking. MY internet banking site showed that the transaction was successful but after it redirected to airtel's website, it showed an error that the transaction was not successful.

Though,

The problem is that my bank account has debited Rs.310 from my Axis Bank. The transaction ID in my bank statement for the transaction is:

ICONN/********/120813/BHARTIAIRT CITRUS

I recharge with rs. 110 from Boi debit card and balance r not shown in my account and debited from my bank account
