I have written numerous times. Yet still I have NOT recd my cheque.
Since the necessary procedure has been done by me and the required steps not followed by your company, I would like to raise the query to higher authorities.
It has been 5 months and I am yet to receive the cheque.
I have sent all the details, numerous times yet still I have not recd the cheque.
Following are the attachments:
1. PAN CARD
2. Voter ID
3. The Voucher Scan copy.
4. Bill Scan copy.
Complainant's Goal: Getting refund & urging consumer not to buy through The Mobile Store.
