I\'ve Purchased samsung star S5233 on 1st of Nov 2009 from your shop here in MTH Road,Ambattur branch,Chennai. At that time Money Back offer was going on so i got 5% discount on the mobile i purchased. I\'ve filled up all the formalities and couriered on 5th of Nov 2010, but till now i haven\'t received the claim. i called to customer care but i didnt get a good response from them.Now its almost 6 months, that i didn\'t receive the cheque.
