I Ordered my Mobile from your website on 31 july 2013 & there was commitment that it will be delivered till 7 aug 13. but it does not delivered till now. When i communicatde with your customer care executives about this then they never resolve my problem but only said that keep patience. It is not enough. I have suffered a lot due to this. Customer care executives are worst of The Mobile store & the service is very bad. I want to file a case against This company.
Complainant's Goal: I want that Company should pay for that mobile because of inconvenience for me
