I bought a 2 gb sandisk memory card from the mobile store from the Coles road branch,bangalore,today.The card is not working and the staff are behaving indifferently and shrugging off all responsibility.I complained to the shop within an hour after I took the card home.The staff is totally indifferent.Please help.Its not about the money spent but the attitude of the Mobile store which is disturbing.
I support this complaint.I too have experienced the same situation from mobile shop owners and staff in my native town Kadap, and also the temple city Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. I asked for a fair display of mobiles and their functionality to buy N-series, but got orally abused by the store boys and owner, who later asked to display the features by me.One more thing in our place they are not giving pay-bills and are marketing third quality goods as company goods with no warranty. Can there be action taken against such dealers?
