THIS IS TO INFORM U THATI HAD PURCHASED AKARBON MOBILE KC555 ON 18/04/2010 FROM THE MOBILE STORE A17 MUNICIPAL NO WZ 250A (A BLOCK)AT VILLAGE HASTAL KHASARA NO 84/3 UTTAM NAGAR N.DELHI 110059 THE MOBILE ISNOT WORKING ON ITS CDMA MODE THEN THE MOBILE STORE PEOPLE ASKED ME TO GO UR SERVICE CENTRE JAINA MARKETING&ASSOCIATE 245 SANT NAGAR EAST OF KAILSAH NEW NEW DELHI THE SERVICE SENTRE PEOPLE ASKED ME THAT THE KC555 HAS MANUFACTURING FAULT AND CANT REPAIR SO THEY MAKE A DOA CERTIFICATE DATED 27/04//2010VIA JOB SHEET NO KJL4DL016R884 & ASKED TO GET REPLACETHE SAME KC555 FROMTHE SAME MOBILE STORE FROM 27THE APRIL TO TILL DATE THE HAND SET HAS NIETHER BEING REPLACED NOR REPAIR I AM HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED & ASKED TOWAITE FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS TO REPLACE IT NOW THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I M GOING TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE STORE IN THE CONSUMER COURT FOR BEING FRAUD WITH ME
SO IT IS REQUEST UTO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER
