I purchased a virgin mobile from mobile store in my neighborhood. And the very next day I realize that all the promises made to me regarding the services and call rates are not complying to what was told to me. The salesman has accepted that there could have been some misunderstanding but refuses to help. Since the handset is CDMA I cannot use any other service providers SIM card with the same handset.
Complainant's Goal: I want a GSM handset instead of this one.
