Prior Information: I am a Tikona cusomer since 14/01/2013, and my id is 1107744599. My mobile number registered with Tikona is ********27, and my personal mobile number is ********19.

I made the payment for Tikona Broadband on 14th January (Rs. 2,300). Though devices were delivered to my location, the connection is not working since installed. Company sent several representatives on my complaints, to check the connectivity, but all of them agreed that my location was infeasible for Tikona internet. I placed several requests for refund of what I paid to Tikona, but all such requests were ignored. After doing some internet research, I realized that Tikona is a fraud company. So, I filed complaints with consumerdaddy.com, grahakseva.com and akosha.com, but none of them could resolve the problem. The only thing they received from Tikona, was an automated reply 'we have noted your query, and are making the best efforts to get it resolved.' The company does accept that my connection never worked since installation, but is not willing to refund the money. I believe that I also deserve compensations for loss of work and mental harassment, in addition to what I paid itself.

As an additional issue, one of the technical persons shifted the device to my neighbor's roof without my permission. The neighbor has filed a complaint against me. I requested Tikona technical people to get the device removed from that illegal location, but I only get a call back from Tikona, that my problem would be resolved.
