I had planned to take Tikona Connection at my home. While installation was done for hardly 10 minues & then connection was lost. Person who come for installation (Mr ShivKumar) went back alongwith instruments stating that there is no feasibility is available- He informed me that "Connection is no more possible." I had not signed the installation paper also. I have no instruments at my Home.
Now I call for refund to cutomercare & they replied that you will not get the refund of Rs 1102/- given for installation. I dont understand withou any installation or even I am not in a possession of any of the company's assets so how you people can forfeit my Refund?
Now I would like to know how I can get back my full refund of Rs.1102/- ?
